Underscores made a stop at the Studio at the Factory in Dallas, TX this Sunday night continuing her ’23 Hometown Tour after taking the Northeast and Canada by storm. After a lively performance from opener, Jedwill, Underscores took the stage and was greeted by a warm and enthusiastic welcome from the crowd.

As soon as the first few chords to opening song “Cops and Robbers” hit, the crowd erupted into smiles and screams, as the artist strutted onstage donning her blue Fender guitar. The energy never died down, as the night became mosh pits, crowd surfing, and at one point, a wall of death. During the second half of the set, a bag of fake $100 bills was scattered amongst the audience during the final chorus of “Old Money Bitch” to the crowds delight.

The electronic pop artist played a mix of some classic favorites, such as “Spoiled Little Brat” and “Second Hand Embarrassment,” from her previous album Fishmonger, along with a handful of new tracks from her most current release Wallsocket.

This up-an-coming artist is a fantastic front woman, who knew exactly when it was time to amp up the fans and when to slow things down for a more intimate, emotional experience. Underscores command on stage brought an energy that blew the crowd away. This was a night local hyper pop fans will truly never forget.
